Your E-mail Address

As you may know, each week one lucky registered user who has visited the site that week is randomly selected to receive $50, and each month $100 is sent to a registered user who has visited the site that month. In order to let you know if we are going to send you money or any other fun stuff, we need your e-mail address. We also need your name so that we can make the check out to the correct person (so no aliases, please!). We do not require any other personal information. We may occasionally send you e-mails that are not about receiving a prize – for instance, to notify you of changes to the site.

FishPretzel does not collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 14. If you believe that a child has provided FishPretzel with personally identifiable information without the consent of his or her parent or guardian, please contact us. If FishPretzel becomes aware that a child under age 14 has provided us with personally identifiable information, we will delete such information.

FishPretzel will never sell, rent or share your e-mail address with any third parties for marketing purposes without your express permission.

We currently process the sending of e-mails ourselves, but in the future might use a third party e-mail provider, in which case we would need to share your e-mail address with that provider, but exclusively for the purpose of delivering our e-mail.

We may also disclose your e-mail address as required by law.

To cancel your FishPretzel membership, simply e-mail us at CustomerService@fishpretzel.com.

Usage Information and Optional Personal Information

If you are a registered member, FishPretzel keeps track of when and how often you visit the site. This is how you can win money and other prizes, so it’s pretty important. If you are selected to win cash or some other prize, we will contact you via e-mail and ask for your mailing address. We delete this information after we have mailed you your check / other prize.

FishPretzel will never sell, rent or share your usage and optional personal information with any third parties.

We may disclose this information as required by law.

Review and Access

Upon your request, we will provide you with a representation of the information we have currently stored about you. You will have an opportunity to correct or delete this information within the terms of this Privacy Policy.

Cookies

Like most sites, FishPretzel makes use of browser “cookies.” Cookies are small files placed on your computer’s hard disk by our server. They allow us to know when you have used the site so you qualify to win a prize. FishPretzel will never use cookies to retrieve information from a computer that is unrelated to our site or services.
